One of my customer also met this problem, very headache about the price of raw material. Actually he brought one set light keel machine one years ago,thickness is 1mm-1.2mm.
His machine feeding width if only 83mm and 112mm, so he have to buy the special size raw material from china. In china if the experter raw material feeding width is less than 600mm ,they will not get the tax rebate from goverment.And his size is customize ,they manufacture will slitting it for him. So you can see,His
price will be very very high.
If you met the same problem with him,maybe you can try this 1.2-2mm slitting machine.
This machine working process is feeding raw material--film(this part depend on your needs)--levelling--slitting(the blades number depend on your needs---cutter.
The Feedin width is 1.2/1.25, you can buy the normal type raw material, the blade number can be change so the size after slitted is changeable.The raw material can be GI,PPGI and Aluminum.
